To all 4E5'09 ppl out there, let's have a 4E5'09 BBQ cum gathering!
Details are as follows:
Venue: Pasir Ris Park (Pit is not booked yet)
*Date: 2010 Nov 19/20/26/27
Amount to pay: Not finalized yet(we'll keep it as low as possible)
Time: To be advised
*Date - We have picked four days(2 fri, 2 sat) to be the possible days for our BBQ. Its understood that the JC students are having their holidays but not the poly students that's why four dates are set for you guys to pick out the dates you aren't free so we can pick the one with everyone free. In the unlikely event that all four dates are not pleasant, we will choose another day.
So please tag to say if you are 1. able/unable to attend, 2. unable to attend on which date/available on all four days. Please do spread this around and tag to let us know if you could attend or if there is a need to amend the dates cos its approaching soon and we have to rush this.
*****If you happen to not be interested in this at all, just tell us you don't want to go. If you say you can't instead of you don't want to when you don't want to go, you will end up causing alot of unnecessary troubles***** :D
As for the activities, we have not came out with anything yet. So please do make suggestions if you guys would like to have any games or activities during the gathering. We'll plan from there on.
Since this event is just planned out, there might be some errors with the decisions made. If you find one, please tag to let us know.
But please please please don't flood the tagboard cos we have to take note of who aren't free on which day.
